Consultation Services

Serenemyglow provides PC assembly consultation services. Since our services consist of guidance, advice, and consultation, they are considered delivered upon completion of the consultation session.

Return Period

Given the nature of our consultation services, returns and refunds are handled as follows:

  • Before Consultation: You may cancel a scheduled consultation and receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time
  • After Consultation: Consultation services are considered delivered upon completion and are generally non-refundable
  • Exceptional Circumstances: If you are unsatisfied with our services, contact us within 7 days of the consultation completion to discuss your concerns

Return Conditions

Return Shipping Cost

Since we provide consultation services rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns.

If any physical materials (such as consultation documents or guides) were provided and need to be returned, we will coordinate return shipping arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Serenemyglow provides consultation services only and does not sell computer components directly. Any component purchases are made through third-party retailers, and return policies for components are governed by those retailers' terms and conditions.

  • Products recommended during consultations but purchased elsewhere
